Learn & Play Storytime with WGTE
Stories and games with WGTE for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers.
WGTE brings beloved PBS KIDS characters and stories to life in this interactive 45-minute program designed for preschoolers. Led by experienced WGTE educators, the session combines storytelling, video clips, and hands-on activities to spark learning across multiple areas of child development—including language skills, creative thinking, physical activity, and social-emotional growth. The activities are thoughtfully designed around Ohio's Early Learning and Development Standards.
This program welcomes preschool-aged children (birth through age 5) along with their parents, caregivers, or group providers. Whether you're coming as a family or attending with your daycare or organization, everyone is invited to participate in the engaging activities led by WGTE's educational team. The South Library's meeting room can accommodate up to 40 people and is wheelchair accessible, so all families can enjoy the experience together.
