Live at the Library with Lilli Lewis

Live music performance with Lilli Lewis at Main Library.

The Toledo Lucas County Public Library's Live at the Library concert series brings touring musicians to the community, and this November features Lilli Lewis, known as New Orleans' "Folk Rock Diva." Lewis is a classically trained pianist and opera singer who moves fluidly between folk, soul, gospel, country, and jazz. Her work has earned praise from NPR, Rolling Stone, and The Kennedy Center for her powerful vocals, storytelling, and contributions to important social conversations through her music. This is a perfect opportunity to experience a nationally recognized artist in an intimate library setting. The event is free and welcomes families of all ages. You can expect an engaging evening of live music in the library's atrium space. The Sabrosa Taco Truck will be on-site, so you can grab food to enjoy during or after the performance. The event runs from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to make it a special evening out. Registration is available, and the library's Main Library location offers ample parking, including accessible spots for those who need them.
