Live at the Library with Redd & The Paper Flowers

The Toledo Lucas County Public Library is hosting a concert featuring Redd & The Paper Flowers, a rising band from Knoxville, Tennessee. This group blends Appalachian folk, jazz, and bluegrass into what they call "Living Room Folk"—a warm, intimate style that makes audiences feel like they're gathered with friends. The four-member ensemble features guitar, mandolin, upright bass, and cello, creating rich harmonies and tight instrumentation. Their debut album, Appalachian Bell Jar, draws on personal stories of loss, resilience, and community from East Tennessee. This is a wonderful opportunity to experience live music in a cozy setting before the band gains wider recognition. The event welcomes all ages and runs for about an hour and a half.
