Live Science Show

Your family can watch real science in action at this engaging theatre presentation. Expert presenters demonstrate a series of hands-on experiments designed to captivate young minds, covering topics that rotate between states of matter, chemical reactions, space exploration, and how the human body works. The intimate setting of the Eureka Theatre on the second floor keeps attendance limited, so everyone gets a great view of the action. Each show runs about 20 minutes, making it the perfect length for kids to stay focused and excited. Admission to the Live Science Show is included with your General Admission ticket to the museum—no separate fee required. Shows happen at 12:30 PM on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with additional showtimes at 11:45 AM and 1:45 PM on weekends, giving you flexibility to fit it into your visit. This is an ideal activity for families with elementary-aged children who enjoy learning through observation and wonder.
