Metroparks Kids Hiking Club: By Kids For Kids (All Ages, Dog Friendly)

Your children will love this unique hiking experience led entirely by kids, for kids. Dean, an 8-year-old hike leader, will guide your family through the trails at Wildwood Preserve Metropark with a focus on exploration and discovery. Expect plenty of movement, outdoor learning, and interactive games along the way—all organized and led by young people who understand what makes outdoor adventures fun for their peers. This is a welcoming program suitable for all ages, and your dog is welcome to join you on the trail. It's a great opportunity for children to experience nature while building confidence in a kid-centered environment. Meet at the Metz Stables Courtyard to begin your adventure.
