Mother-Son Fall Picnic at Deer Run

Spend a relaxing afternoon with your son this fall at Deer Run's Mother-Son Fall Picnic. You'll enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch together in one of the scenic wooded areas on the 150-acre property, followed by a variety of activities designed to let boys have fun while you bond. The day includes archery, a zip line, giant swing, hiking among the autumn leaves, cornhole, pickleball, a wagon ride, and a campfire with s'mores. There's also a photo opportunity to capture the day and conversation starters included to help deepen your connection. The event runs from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and costs $39.95 per person (which includes a $4.95 registration fee). Come dressed in cozy flannel to match the "Fall, Flannel, and Fun!" theme. The Camp Store and Creekside Eatery will both be open if you'd like to pick up snacks, ice cream, hot cocoa, or coffee. Your son will also receive a Deer Run gift to take home.
