Multilingual Social Night

Are you learning a new language or want to brush up on your skills? Come spend an evening practicing conversation in a relaxed, welcoming environment. This Multilingual Social Night brings together people of all ages and language levels for informal practice and connection. Trained table leaders will be available to chat with you in Arabic, English, Indonesian, Spanish, and Filipino (Tagalog)—and organizers are working to add even more languages. Whether you're just starting out or more advanced, you'll find a comfortable space to build confidence and meet others on similar language journeys. The event runs for two hours and takes place in the library's large meeting room. Registration is required to secure your spot, and signing up also keeps you in the loop if additional languages become available. This program is offered through a partnership between the Believe Center's ESL Program and NAMI Greater Toledo's Middle East and North Africa Leadership Initiative, reflecting the community's commitment to welcoming and supporting new Americans.
