Murfreesboro Veterans Day Ceremony

Join the community for the 29th annual Murfreesboro Veterans Day Service, a meaningful way to honor those who've served our country. The ceremony takes place at the Rutherford County Courthouse and runs from mid-morning through early afternoon. A Color Guard will lay an official wreath at the Veterans Memorial located on the courthouse grounds. The event proceeds rain or shine, so families can plan to attend regardless of weather. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach children about the importance of Veterans Day while participating in a solemn community tribute. The outdoor setting at the courthouse makes it accessible to families of all ages. Whether you're looking to pay your respects, instill patriotic values, or simply be part of a local tradition, this ceremony offers a respectful and family-friendly atmosphere.
