Museum Tour in ASL
Guided museum tour in American Sign Language at NC Museum of Art—welcoming all deaf and hard-of-hearing families.
Join a two-hour guided tour at the North Carolina Museum of Art led by a docent fluent in American Sign Language. This tour is specifically designed for Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults, and the presentation is conducted entirely in ASL with no spoken English. The museum's collection and current exhibitions provide the backdrop for exploring art in a way that's fully accessible and welcoming to your community.
The tour is free and requires registration. Monthly themes rotate, so each visit offers something different to discover. If you'd like to know more about what will be featured or have any questions about the experience, you can reach out to Molly Hull at mhull@ncartmuseum.org.
