Music Under the Stars

Outdoor concert series at Toledo Zoo Amphitheatre under the stars.

Music Under the Stars is a beloved summer tradition at the Toledo Zoo, bringing live performances to families throughout July and early August. This free concert series takes place in the Zoo's historic Amphitheatre on select Sunday evenings, featuring a rotating lineup of regional bands performing everything from patriotic music and rock to jazz and symphonic pieces. Gates open at 6 p.m., with performances beginning at 7:30 p.m., giving families plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the evening atmosphere. There's no admission cost to attend these concerts—just show up and enjoy an evening of music under the stars. Food and beverages are available for purchase if you'd like to grab a snack. Zoo members enjoy complimentary parking in both lots on concert nights, while standard parking rates apply for non-members. Both the Anthony Wayne Trail and Broadway entrances will be open for easy access. The July 26 performance includes a special "Christmas in July" celebration with additional entertainment from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Main Plaza.
