Nativity Festival

Explore over 900 nativities from 52 countries in a historic church at Christmas.

Step into St. Paul's Lutheran Church this holiday season to experience Christmas traditions from around the globe. The festival features over 900 nativity scenes representing more than 50 countries, alongside decorated trees and displays showcasing how different cultures celebrate the holidays. You'll find everything from antique nativities to modern interpretations, a vintage Christmas room highlighting celebrations through the centuries, and a nostalgic collection of model trains and classic toys. Live holiday music fills the beautiful historic sanctuary, with special "Carols and Cocktails" evenings on Friday nights and candlelight concerts on Sunday afternoons. The festival welcomes families with children of all ages and offers something for everyone. Kids can enjoy craft activities, a scavenger hunt, and interactive "please touch" areas designed to be both fun and educational. Guided group tours are available by advance arrangement, or families can self-guide with an informational brochure. Special quiet sessions on Saturday mornings (Saturdays through December) accommodate visitors with sensory sensitivities. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, and best of all, admission is completely free—though donations support the church's meal program. Parking is also free in the adjacent lot.
