Nature at Night: Full Supermoon (Adults and 8+)

Join a special after-hours adventure at Wildwood Preserve Metropark where you'll explore the natural world under the glow of a full supermoon. This unique experience lets you discover the sights, sounds, and smells of the park at night—a perspective most visitors never get to experience. You'll have the chance to spot owls, bats, and other nocturnal creatures while learning fascinating facts about the moon and the night sky above. The program includes hands-on activities designed to engage your senses and offer surprising perspectives on the world around you. This is an ideal outing for adults and children ages 8 and up who enjoy outdoor exploration and are comfortable with evening activities. Since the park will be open after regular hours for this event, it's truly a rare opportunity to connect with nature in a completely different way.
