NCMA to Go Art Kits: Symbolic Stories

Get hands-on with art from home using NCMA's activity kits! You'll pick up a complete project kit with all the materials and instructions you need to create an accordion-style decorated book. This month's kit draws inspiration from a beautiful Coptic artwork in the museum's collection, inviting you and your family to fill your book with meaningful symbols and personal stories. The kits work for kids of all ages, and instructions are provided in both English and Spanish. This is a free event with registration required, making it an affordable way to explore creativity together. Whether you're looking for a rainy-day project or want to spark some artistic exploration at your own pace, these kits give you everything needed for a complete, guided experience. Pick up your kit at the East Building and enjoy creating without the pressure of a structured class setting.
