October Digital Literacy Class

This four-session series introduces adults to essential computer and internet skills in a supportive environment. You'll explore topics ranging from the basics of using a computer to navigating email, managing your digital identity, staying safe online, and accessing important services like banking and medical records through the internet. The class also covers digital well-being, social media awareness, and how to protect yourself from scams. All computers are provided—you won't need to bring your own. Here's what makes this program special: if you attend all four Thursday sessions, you'll receive a laptop computer to take home, thanks to grant funding. The class is limited to 10 participants, so spots fill up quickly. If you need help getting there, Orange County Public Transportation offers free rides with 48 hours' notice. If you'll miss any session, reach out to Andrew, the instructor, to discuss your situation before signing up.
