Origami for Beginners

Learn origami basics at Lagrange Library—fold your own creations.

This hands-on workshop invites teens to discover the basics of paper folding and create their own origami designs. During the hour-long session, participants will learn fundamental folding techniques that form the foundation of this traditional art form, then apply those skills to complete several beginner-friendly projects. The class takes place in the Lagrange Library's meeting room, which is handicapped accessible and can accommodate up to 50 people. It's a great introduction for anyone curious about origami, whether they've never folded paper before or want to refresh their skills. For more information or to register, you can reach the Lagrange location directly.
