Paper Flower Crowns
Make colorful paper flower crowns at Kent Library.
Join us at the library for a creative craft celebrating Toledo Pride! Kids will design and construct their own paper flower crowns inspired by two influential LGBTQIA+ artists: Frida Kahlo and Marsha P. Johnson. This hands-on activity lets children explore art while learning about important cultural figures and what Pride means to our community.
This program is designed for children ages 6 to 10 and runs for one hour. The session takes place in Meeting Room B, which holds up to 40 participants, so there's plenty of space for your family. It's a wonderful opportunity for kids to create something beautiful they can wear home while connecting with the spirit of the festival.
