Planetarium Show: ANIMALS OF THE SKY

Did you know many of the stars above us form pictures of animals? Your family can discover constellations like Ursa Major the great bear, Leo the lion, Pegasus the winged horse, and Scorpius the scorpion during this planetarium show. You'll follow along with a young girl named Delphina as she unexpectedly meets these celestial creatures and learns their stories. It's a wonderful way to spark curiosity about astronomy and the night sky. The show runs about an hour, and weather permitting, there's also an opportunity for public stargazing afterward to extend the experience. A $2 donation per person is suggested to support the planetarium. Just note that doors close five minutes after the listed showtime, so arriving a few minutes early ensures your group gets in. Free parking is available with license plate registration at the door.
