Preschool Storytime
Story time for preschoolers at Main Library.
Join us for an interactive storytime session designed with your preschooler in mind. During this 45-minute program, children ages 3โ5 and their caregivers will explore stories, songs, and movement activities together. The session uses a playful approach to help young learners build skills they'll need as they head into kindergarten, incorporating puppets, reading, singing, writing, and hands-on play. Best of all, open playtime follows the structured portion, giving kids a chance to continue exploring and playing with their grown-up.
This program takes place in the Children's Library on the second floor of the Main Library's Program Room. It's a wonderful way to spend quality time together while supporting early learning development. Your child will benefit from the engaging, multi-sensory activities designed specifically for this age group. Bring your little one and a favorite grown-up to join the fun!
