Public Skate

Bring your family to the ice rink for an evening of fun and movement. Public skate sessions run multiple times each week throughout the season, with music and lights creating an energetic atmosphere. Whether your kids are experienced skaters or just learning to find their balance, everyone is welcome to participate at their own pace. It's a great opportunity for families to stay active together and for kids to socialize with friends or make new ones on the ice. Getting started is affordable and straightforward. Admission costs $8 per person, and if you need them, skate rentals are available for an additional $5. The rink offers a welcoming, family-friendly environment designed for all ages. If your family needs accessibility services or special accommodations to fully enjoy the event, reach out to Accessibility Services ahead of time at access@bgsu.edu or 419-372-8495.
