Resilience and The Hatch Accelerator Cohort Announcement
Resilience and The Hatch Accelerator Cohort Announcement at Bowling Green State University
This interactive workshop invites BGSU students to explore resilience as a core leadership skill—something that helps you bounce back from setbacks, spot opportunities, and lead with confidence in your career or business ventures. You'll hear directly from Dr. David Ledrick, MD, an emergency medicine physician who's also an entrepreneur. He recently opened Adventus Climbing, Toledo's first rock climbing gym, and brings real-world insights about perseverance, innovation, and navigating both leadership roles within organizations and launching your own ventures.
During the session, you'll discover practical strategies for recognizing new opportunities, learning from challenges, and understanding what truly separates grit from resilience. These tools apply whether you're thinking about starting a business, taking on leadership responsibilities, or planning your professional path forward. Pizza and drinks will be provided, so you'll also have a chance to connect with other students who share interests in entrepreneurship and career growth. This event is especially suited for students exploring leadership, business, or their own professional development journeys.
