Scary Snacks & Scarier Stories!

Teens are invited to embrace the spooky season by crafting their own frighteningly creative stories. Participants will be encouraged to include all the spine-tingling details that make a tale truly terrifying. This is a chance for young writers to flex their imagination and storytelling skills in a fun, thematic setting. After working on their stories, attendees will enjoy a themed treat—complete with some playfully creepy surprises like those wriggling worms. The program runs for one hour and takes place in the library's Meeting Room A. This event is designed for teens ages 11–17 who enjoy creative writing and aren't afraid of a little Halloween fun.
