Special Effects Makeup

At this special effects makeup workshop, instructors from the Toledo School of the Arts will teach you the fundamentals of this fascinating craft. You'll learn techniques to create convincing creature designs and effects, whether you're working on your own face or helping transform a friend. This hands-on class is designed for teens and offers a fun introduction to skills used in theater, film, and costume design. The one-hour session takes place at Sanger Library in a dedicated meeting space. Twenty seats are currently available, so registration is encouraged if your teen is interested in joining.
