Spooky DARK Tree Climbing (Adults and 8+)

Experience tree climbing under the stars this Halloween season. You'll be safely harnessed and equipped with ropes to climb to the treetops, with all gear—including lights for the nighttime adventure—provided for you. This beginner-friendly activity takes place during evening hours, making it a unique way to enjoy nature after dark. Children ages 8 and up are welcome alongside adults, though minors must have an adult with them throughout the program. The cost is $48 per person, and registration is required in advance. Before you go, remember to bring a filled reusable water bottle, wear closed-toe shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. If you need accessibility support or adaptive equipment, let Metroparks staff know at the time of registration—ideally at least 72 business hours before the event. Questions? Contact Metroparks at 419-407-9700 or through their website contact form.
