Story Time at the Museum

Join us for a short and sweet story time experience designed with the youngest readers in mind. This free program welcomes children age 5 and under to the Windows on the World classroom, where our staff selects books tailored to capture the attention and imagination of little ones. The session runs for just 20 minutes, making it perfect for families with young children who are building their love of reading. Located on the third floor of the Nature Exploration Center in downtown Raleigh, Story Time offers a cozy, welcoming environment for early learners. Keep in mind that while your child will enjoy a curated selection of stories, live animal interactions aren't guaranteed as part of this particular program. It's a wonderful way to spend a brief outing at the museum without the commitment of a longer visit.
