Story Time at the Museum

Join us for a short story session designed with the youngest listeners in mind. Story Time at the Museum takes place in the Windows on the World classroom on the third floor of the Nature Exploration Center and welcomes children ages 5 and under. The program features books carefully selected for this age group, making it a great introduction to storytelling in a museum setting. Best of all, admission is completely free. This is a walk-up program, so no registration is needed—just arrive and enjoy. The session runs for about twenty minutes, giving little ones time to settle in without getting restless. Keep in mind that while you're exploring the museum, we don't guarantee live animal interactions during this particular story time, so plan accordingly if that's something your child was hoping for.
