Super Science
Hands-on science experiments and activities at Carnegie Library's Brookline branch.
Super Science invites kids in kindergarten through fifth grade to explore a science topic through storytelling and hands-on learning. Each session pairs a read-aloud with interactive STEM activities designed to spark curiosity and help children develop real scientific thinking skills. It's a great way for young learners to engage with science in a fun, active environment alongside their peers.
This program works well for school-age children who enjoy discovery-based learning and aren't afraid to dive into hands-on projects. The combination of listening to a story and then immediately putting scientific concepts into practice helps keep kids engaged and excited about learning. It's held at the Brookline branch of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh.
