Tasty Tuesday brings kitchen science to life at the Discovery Center's FRANKE Kitchen. During this one-hour session, children mix, measure, and experiment with real ingredients while learning the chemistry behind cooking. Kids discover how ingredients interact and transform—from dough rising to chocolate melting—all while building practical culinary skills and confidence in the kitchen. This hands-on program is perfect for young learners who enjoy combining creativity with science. Each session welcomes up to 24 participants and is included with regular museum admission, so there's no extra fee beyond your entry. Whether your child is curious about how food works or simply loves getting hands-on in the kitchen, Tasty Tuesday offers a fun, educational way to explore the science hiding in everyday cooking.
