Teen Choice

Your teen can spend an hour exploring their own interests at this drop-in program at the Squirrel Hill location. Participants have options: continue a project started during the previous week's Teen Time session, try something brand new from the available supplies and games in the Teenspace, or share a skill or hobby they're passionate about by teaching it to other teens. The Teen Specialists on staff are there to guide and support everyone throughout the session, so whether your teen is looking for structured creative time or a chance to lead, there's room for both. This program welcomes teens in grades 6–12 and runs for one hour. It's a great fit for young people who enjoy hands-on activities, want flexibility in choosing what to do, or are interested in connecting with peers in a supportive library setting. Drop-in attendance is welcome, so your teen can join whenever it works for your family's schedule.
