Teen Hangout
After-school hangout for grades 6–12 with games & supervised fun at Mechanicsville Library.
Looking for a relaxed after-school spot where your teen can hang out with peers? Teen Hangout welcomes students in grades 6–12 to drop by the Mechanicsville Meeting Room A for an hour and a half of supervised fun. Staff will be on hand, and the program includes a mix of games and activities to keep things engaging.
Best of all, there's no need to sign up in advance—your teen can simply show up whenever they're able to make it. If you have questions about what's planned or need to discuss any accessibility needs, the Mechanicsville Branch Library is happy to help. Reach out via email or phone for more details.
