Tissue Paper Wreath

Kids ages 6 through 10 are invited to create a festive wreath at the Waterville Library while celebrating America's 250th anniversary. During this one-hour craft session, children will scrunch and bunch red, white, and blue tissue paper to form a colorful decorative wreath they can take home. It's a hands-on, mess-friendly project perfect for young crafters who enjoy working with their hands and making something special. The program takes place in the library's Meeting Room A, which is handicapped accessible. The space can accommodate up to 47 people, so there's plenty of room for your family.
