Toddler Storytime

Interactive songs, rhymes, and picture books build early listening skills.

This interactive storytime welcomes toddlers between 18 months and 3 years old, along with a parent or caregiver. During the session, you'll engage together through a mix of activities including reading aloud, singing, reciting rhymes, and movement exercises. It's a chance for your little one to enjoy books and develop early literacy skills in a group setting designed just for this age group. The program runs for 30 minutes and takes place in Meeting Room C at Heatherdowns Library, which has a capacity of 20 participants. This intimate size means there's plenty of opportunity for interaction and a comfortable environment for young learners. It's a great introduction to library programming for families with very young children.
