Twisted Tie-Dye

Join us for a tie-dye adventure where kids can create colorful, wearable art! You'll have your choice of design styles—go patriotic with Americana colors, bold with rainbow hues, or show your team spirit. The library provides items ready to dye, or feel free to bring something of your own from home to customize. Either way, you'll walk away with a one-of-a-kind creation to keep. This is a perfect activity for children ages 6 to 10 who enjoy hands-on creative projects. Just keep in mind that tie-dye can be messy, so dress your child in clothes that can handle a few colorful splatters. The session runs for one hour at the Creativity Lab in the Children's Library on the second floor of Main Library.
