Warhol-Inspired Wildflowers with Molly Miller
Warhol-inspired wildflower art class with Molly Miller at Sanger Library.
Your child will create their own pop-art-style flower artwork by combining two techniques: painting flowers with tempera paint, then cutting them out and layering them over oil pastel backgrounds. The result is a vibrant, textured piece inspired by Andy Warhol's bold artistic style. This hands-on activity is designed for kids ages 6โ10 and gives them a chance to explore color, composition, and mixed-media art in a fun, creative way.
The session runs for about 45 minutes at Sanger Library. All materials needed for the project are provided, so your child just needs to bring their creativity. The library's meeting space is fully accessible and can comfortably hold up to 100 participants. If you have questions before the event, feel free to call the library at 419.259.5370.
