Wednesday Crafternoon at Southern
Free weekly drop-in craft sessions at the Hillsborough library—new seasonal projects each week.
Join us for Wednesday Crafternoon, a casual drop-in craft session where kids and grown-ups create together. This week's project is making hanging paper tube bats—a perfect seasonal activity. Each Wednesday features a different craft, so there's always something new to try during your library visit. No registration needed; just come by during the program window and follow along with the self-guided instructions provided.
This program works best for families with children from preschool through elementary school. Kids will need an adult supervising them throughout their time at the library. It's a relaxed, low-pressure way to spend an afternoon together and get creative. All materials are provided, so you just need to show up ready to make something fun.
