Why Trees Matter: Papermaking with KTLCB

Join Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful for a hands-on exploration of why trees matter to our environment. Kids will get to see recycling in action by transforming old paper into fresh pulp and then into brand-new paper. It's a great way to understand the connection between the products we use every day and the natural resources that make them possible. This activity is designed for children ages 6 to 10 and takes place in the Birmingham Library's meeting room. The session runs about 45 minutes, giving families a quick but engaging science experience. If you have questions about the program, you can reach the library directly.
