Why Trees Matter: Papermaking with KTLCB

Join Keep Toledo/Lucas County Beautiful for a hands-on exploration of why trees matter to our environment. During this 45-minute session, your child will get to see recycling in action by transforming old paper into fresh pulp and then into brand-new paper. It's a fun way to understand the connection between the resources we use every day and the natural world around us. This program is designed for kids ages 6 to 10 and takes place in the library's Meeting Room A. The activity combines learning with interactive participation, making it perfect for curious young minds who enjoy science and environmental topics. The meeting space is handicapped accessible, and the library has plenty of parking available if you need it.
