Wreaths and Rocketships

Kids ages 6–10 are invited to celebrate America's 250th anniversary by creating their own craft project at the Maumee Library. Each child can choose to make either a decorative wreath or build a cardboard rocket ship, giving them creative freedom to express themselves through art. The program runs for just 90 minutes, making it a manageable outing for families with busy schedules. The event takes place in the library's meeting room, which is handicapped accessible.
