Zen at the Zoo at The Toledo Zoo
Join an hour-long barre class at the Arctic Encounter, where you'll strengthen and stretch while watching seals, sea lions, and polar bears interact with enrichment activities designed just for them. After your workout, meet the Arctic keepers and enjoy snacks and refreshments to refuel. Classes work for all fitness levels, and you're welcome to stay afterward to explore the Lights Before Christmas with a warm hot cocoa in hand.
Bring your own mat and plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete a waiver. Instructors lead mindful, controlled movements that pair movement with the natural wonder around you. Tickets are non-refundable. For more details or questions, call the Zoo at 419-385-5721, ext. 3085.
