Zine Hangout

Join fellow zine and comic creators for an afternoon of making, sharing, and connecting. This workshop gives you dedicated time to work on your zine pages, comics, or art books while bouncing ideas off other artists in the community. The library provides all the supplies you might need—staplers, trimmers, paper, adhesives, scissors, drawing tools, and more—plus access to scanners and photocopiers to bring your vision to life. This adult-focused gathering also features tips and guidance from experienced folks in the zine community. It's a relaxed way to spend a couple of hours creating alongside people who share your interests, whether you're a seasoned zine-maker or just exploring the craft. The event takes place in the Oversized Books Room on the second floor of the Main Library location.
